Fred Mackintosh meets Nicol Stephen MSP, leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats

Nicol Stephen, leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats visited Edinburgh South constituency this week. As well as meeting with local party members and staff, Nicol also joined local campaigner Fred Mackintosh on the doorsteps to conduct a resident's survey. Despite the bad weather, there was a good response to the survey, the first of many due to be conducted by Edinburgh South Liberal Democrats.

Fred Mackintosh commented, "It's great that Nicol has come to see how hard we are working here in Edinburgh South. With such a small margin separating us from Labour here, everyone can see it is a two horse race between us and the sitting Labour MP."
